Tara Foroughi is a civil litigator whose practice has focused on business and insurance litigation matters. Ms. Foroughi’s practice particularly focuses on litigation matters for victims of fraud, negligent misrepresentation, negligence, professional negligence, breaches of contract, breaches of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and other business torts. She is committed to providing strategic, effective advocacy for clients facing complex disputes.

Ms. Foroughi earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2025. During law school, she was actively involved in student organizations and received recognition as the “Most Outstanding” participant in the Trial Advocacy program. As a Certified Student Attorney, she worked within Greater Boston Legal Services and the BU Law Civil Litigation: Access to Justice Clinic, where she led mediations, prepared for trial, and successfully settled unlawful detainer matters on behalf of tenants.

Ms. Foroughi received her B.A. in Sociology, with a Minor in the Study of Religion, from the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating Summa Cum Laude. While at UCLA, she served in the JusticeCorps California Courts program, dedicating over 200 volunteer hours at the Van Nuys Courthouse Self-Help Center assisting self-represented litigants with legal forms, referrals, and procedural guidance.

Outside of her practice, Ms. Foroughi enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. She is committed to serving as a compassionate attorney and a zealous advocate for her clients.
