Biography

Steve Lipscomb is an experienced civil trial litigator who specializes in handling complex civil cases. His practice areas include: wildfire litigation, insurance litigation, business litigation, consumer class actions, professional liability, products liability, wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases. He received his Juris Doctrate degree from Pepperdine University in 1999. He has been a licensed member of the California State Bar since 1999. He is also admitted to practice law in numerous federal courts across the country as well. He has litigated complex and consumer actions in many different states and in foreign nations.

He is a third generation attorney that has carried on the family tradition of protecting the rights of consumers and victims of serious personal injuries, financial loss and/or wrongful death. As a result, he has obtained numerous multi-million dollar recoveries for his clients. He was recognized on the Southern California Super Lawyers List as a “Rising Star” in 2008, 2009, and 2010.

He is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
